We are CS WEB LTD ("Company," "we," "us," and "our"). This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related any services provided by us, through either the SofaKarma app, or website at https://www.sofakarma.com ("Website").
Boost karma
Users who have bought boost karma may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, so long as that boost karma has not expired. To initiate a refund for your boost karma, please email hello@sofakarma.com with your request. Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the request. Please note that any third-party fees incurred during the transaction process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
All other transactions and fees
With the exception of boost karma which is mentioned in this policy, all other purchases made by any user, and all other fees charged by SofaKarma to any user are non-refundable.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through an in-app notification.
