CODE OF CONDUCT

By using the SofaKarma™ app, you agree to the following statements:

"I agree to treat all members of the SofaKarma community with respect, and without prejudice, regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, religion, or age."
"I agree to always behave in a manner that ensures other members feel safe, welcomed, and respected. I will not engage in any actions or conduct that could cause discomfort, fear, or harm to others."
"I understand that SofaKarma is not a platform for dating or hookups, and will not use the app with the intent to pursue any kind of sexual or romantic contact."
"I agree not to engage in, nor suggest or ask about any kind of nudist/clothing-optional/naturist behaviour at any time while hosting, surfing (i.e. staying with a host), attending events or meetups, posting in groups or messaging, as well as when filling out my profile or place description, or otherwise posting any kind of content to the app." (Please see note below marked with *)
"I understand that any violation of the above statements, or any failure to comply with any of SofaKarma's rules and/or terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban. I understand that interpretation of such rules and/or terms is at the sole discretion of SofaKarma."

Please note: The above list is non-exhaustive. You must agree to all of SofaKarma's terms, including those in our Terms of Use, EULA, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy in order to use the app.

* We recognise that nudity can be consensual and non-sexual, and we respect that many individuals embrace a nudist, naturist, or clothing-free lifestyle for various reasons. However, on platforms like SofaKarma, nudism and related practices present challenges such as:

Nudism may lead to misunderstandings about the platform's purpose, cause confusion, or discourage potential members from participating.
While many nudists genuinely have no sexual intent, some people exploit this label to engage in inappropriate or sexualised behaviour, which can make other users feel uncomfortable, and create unsafe situations.

Therefore, nudism and similar behaviors are prohibited on SofaKarma.
